The timing of retiring and having friends move from IL to Tennesee made the project the a right place at the right time decision. Started in 2021 the house hit the Farmhouse Modern style in full swing. Located along a river the site proposed several challenges with the annual water heights. The house is designed to have the primary suite and and inlaw suite on the main floor. Both having large doors and open areas making aging in place possible. The second floor has addition bedrooms, storage and a decicated crafting room.
